We are a non-profit organization with a mission to improve quality and reduce cost through coordination of care for the most costly and vulnerable in our health care system.

What we do

We perform our mission in a variety of ways, from developing software and technology solutions for care coordination, to performing data analytics on large diverse datasets for identifying super utilizers, to setting up intervention programs and care plans for clients enrolled in the intervention program.

Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced software engineer to help build software application in Care Coordination. You should be ready to work in a quick agile based SDLC model. We require all applicants to understand the culture at PCIC and apply only if you are excited to be part of our innovative team. At PCIC, your role will be involved in performing activities related to requirement gathering and analysis, design, development, testing and application maintenance.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information Systems
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with UI/UX design
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET MVC) design and development
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SQL Server 2008/2012/2016 & TSQL development
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with scripting languages and interchanges (JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, JSON)
  • Strong foundation in OOPS concepts

Preferred Requirements:

  • Knowledge in enterprise design patterns, specifically MVC and MVVM
  • Ability to gather requirements, design, develop, and implement custom solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies
  • Experience with Agile or iterative development SDLC practices
  • Experience with Microsoft IDE’s (Visual Studio, TFS)
  • Experience working on the Xamarin platform
  • Knowledge of native iOS, Android and Windows phone development platforms
  • Experience working with third party controls
